Black + White Master Bathroom Design

Here is a Before + After of a Master Bathroom project that Kirk Riley Design recently completed in West Seattle.  Homeowners originally from the Mid-West wanted an updated and functional space to relax in at the end of the in their first home in Seattle. The wife had a clear vision for the color palette of black and white for their master bathroom.

BEFORE – Hollywood lights & too many drawers

We were able create a fresh and bright bathroom with a play shapes. Hexagon floor tiles mix with subway wall tiles and round lights add to the mix. The bathroom seems even larger and brighter by taking the tile all the way up the walls around the vanity and in the shower.

The shower is framed in a powder coated glass enclosure. Fixtures in a true black finish are dramatic against the gloss white wall tiles.

A bamboo vanity is topped with patterned quartz and surrounded with oversize subway tiles. Open and concealed storage keep things tidy and easy to access.

And, how  cool is that area rug!
